Designed by award winning garden designer Selina Botham this stunning garden is a pleasure to manage.
Highly manicured lawns are at the centre, surrounded by deep herbaceous borders requiring careful upkeep to ensure they flourish year after year. We have introduced a natural support system for plants by twisting and tying Hazel pea sticks in various pockets of the garden creating new and exciting architectural plant supports. A small orchard, underplanted with swathes of wildflowers, runs adjacent to a newly created organic vegetable plot. We take great pride in understanding our clients’ needs and implementing them throughout the garden whether maintaining and developing a floral show or ensuring a substantial harvest for use in the kitchen.

We landscaped our front and rear gardens in 2017/18 using an award-winning designer and outstanding landscaping team. It was crucial for us to find an outstanding maintenance team to keep our garden looking amazing, and to maintain all aspects of the garden; lawns, trees, hedges, plants and hard landscaping. Andy Coxon, of “Your Garden Needs”, stood out for his knowledge of both the soft and hard landscaping elements of our garden. It was evident from meeting him that he would have the knowledge, capability and determination not just to maintain the garden, but also to suggest improvements going forward.
Andy is continuously looking to improve and learn more about every aspect of garden maintenance and he regularly approaches us with suggestions about things to improve. We really enjoy the produce that we grow at home.
This relates both to their work on the garden but also their punctuality, reliability, professionalism and courtesy. Invoices are emailed monthly and are prompt and easy to understand. We also appreciate Your Garden Need’s flexibility to step time in the garden up and down at different times of the year.
In addition, Your Garden Needs has taken on responsibility for managing and liaising with other contractors who work in our garden including the irrigation company and tree specialists. This is very helpful. They also take responsibility for sourcing plants and other materials.
The strongest feature of Your Garden Needs is Andy’s leadership – he is 100% professional and demands the same level of commitment from his team.
